Timothy Percy – Director of Field Operations

Tim currently manages all field operations for Logic.  Tim’s forty-year history in the construction industry includes a wide range of experience covering field supervision of commercial and residential projects in California, Arizona, Texas, and Nevada.

Tim has completed numerous office, retail, multi-family condominium and hotel/resort projects. As Director of Field Operations, Tim has successfully managed projects exceeding $800 million in value; and his resume includes numerous projects on the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown Las Vegas, and other local properties. As a General Superintendent, Tim has successfully supervised these projects from pre-construction through certificate of occupancy; and he brings with him a reputation for high quality construction, while bringing these projects in on time and on budget.

His wealth of experience in the construction industry and over twenty years in the unique Las Vegas market makes him a valued member of the Logic LLC team.
