Dean is responsible for overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. His responsibilities include reviewing competitive subcontractor proposals for accuracy and completeness of the work scope as well as preparing contract documents, construction schedules, procurement of materials and overseeing the construction build out to completion and closeout documents of the project.
Dean’s knowledge of construction goes back many years as an architectural draftsman/designer to construction estimating to project management. His estimating experience extends from conceptual, pre-construction budgeting and hard bid estimates on numerous projects over the last twenty years in Las Vegas. His ability and extensive experience in project management and estimating construction projects range from small tenant improvements to multi-million-dollar construction projects throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
