Alder & Birch Steakhouse
Demolition of the existing steakhouse restaurant down to slab-on-grade and bar area subgrade. Built new bar/cocktail lounge, dining area and private dining areas. Elaborate glass storefront, millwork, marble flooring, fireplace & fireplace surround and extensive electrical lighting. Alder and Birch has a state of the art AV system. In each private dining area, you can enjoy music you want to listen to different from the entire restaurant. If you want to have a dinning meeting or presentation you can plug your lab top directly into the AV system in each room. This will connect to the TV and speaker’s system in each PDR. Having a private presentation on the Samsung 75” LED TV. Or if you just want to relax and enjoy a sporting event each PDR offers separate cable systems also.
The Alder & Birch project was completed in 4 months while LOGIC was building out the Ondori Asian restaurant adjacent to Alder & Birch Steakhouse.
